3 Kale leaves, 2 c spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 fennel bulb w/ strms, 1 celery stick, 1 green apple, 1/2 lemon (no peel) & inch of ginger.....It made 12 oz for breakfast and 12 oz for lunch with small meals....
